“Win an iPad 2” Promotion Rules
Eligibility: You must be a minimum of 19 years of age and a Canadian resident to enter this contest.
Contest Dates: The contest will run from Jan 1, 2012 to April 30, 2012
Prize Details and Value: Apple 16GB iPad 2 With Wi-Fi is valued at $519 plus tax.
How Many Prizes To Be Awarded:
- New clients are entered into the “new clients” draw to win one iPad 2.
- Referrer’s and brokers will be entered into a separate “Referral” draw to win one iPad 2.
How To Be Entered To Win An iPad:
- If you register for a health and welfare trust (HWT) or private health service plan (PHSP) between Jan 1st and April 30, 2012, you will automatically be entered to win an iPad 2.
- If you provide a qualified referral that registers for a HWT or PHSP you will be entered into a separate draw. One entry will be made into this draw for each new registration (see details of a qualified referral).
Provided you have completed 1 or 2 above, you will also be entered into the draw again if you:
- “Like” our Facebook page.
- “Tweet” about the Winflex iPad 2 contest on Twitter. You must include @winflexhealth & #winflexipad2 in the tweet to qualify.
Definition of a Qualified Referral:
- A person known personally to you who is a Canadian (except Quebec) business owner or self-employed person.
- The referral does not already have a “Health and Welfare Trust” (HWT) or “Private Health Services Plan” (PHSP) with Winflex Health Solutions.
- In the event of duplicated referrals, credit will go to the person who referred them first.
